The Vertex Vaal Mask + Vaal Discipline

When I activated my discipline aura, if the skill gem is in the vertex, I won't gain any energy shield bonus, but if I put it elsewhere, I do.

Hi there, looking at your character it appears that you have the Generosity support in the Vertex helmet. This makes it so your aura skills (like Discipline) will not affect you, but will give greater effect to nearby allies.
