[EU] Ping spikes... unplayable again

Now, this happening since 1 week.. nearly each season this happens after some weeks in... I'm very sorry. But it only appears on PoE - no other game or application...

The information attached shows around 8% packet loss introduced at the hop between you and your ISP. There are also some latency spikes between your PC and router, but they don't seem overly significant. If you forward this to your ISP, I'm sure they can fix this problem. | |

Well sadly similar things happen to me on Frankfurt during a day. Not all the time just few minutes in every h or so.
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

cable in germany is always bound to packet loss within some time intervall..
