When should i start doing maps?

I copied Kripp's wand templar build, and now i'm lvl 75 got 2500 armour and evasion buffed and 75% to all my ememental resistances also got 2500HP and same mana. Runing 7 auras Wrath, Anger, Hatred, Determination, Clarity, Disclipine, Gracenad got the 7 maximum power charges.


Full buffed i got 950dps for multi target and ower 5000 for single target. and about 70% chance to hit.

My gear:

I want to change that Gloves for an "Accuracy, +HP, resistances" one.
So the question:
Am I strong enough to start doing lvl66-67 maps? Of course without elem weakness.
If not what to upgrade?
