Exception crash at character screen. Packcheck does not fix. *fixed*

I've run Packcheck in admin and found/fixed nothing.

Edit* Had no replies so I just redoanloaded the pak file, took freaking ages even on 10mbps but fixed the problem when packcheck didnt work.
