He kept going on about "where are my based brothers at?". Someone whispered him and offered to do it for a fee and the dude just flipped out and started calling everyone assholes. I've never seen "based" even once. Meta is pretty constant in any game, and "omegalul / kapa" crowd will keep doing it for the next 10 years because I don't think they are capable of breaking the habit. I'd say the bigger pickup for 2018 would be in "trap memes" or that stupid "chat message macro like these" thing.
