Just changed ISPs and having connection issues

I'm having weird lag spikes. I believe the problem is within my ISP's network, but I need help proving it. Could someone from the team PM me so we can run some tests? Trace route specifically.

You download WinMTR and start it pointing to the PoE gateway you use.
Then you post the results here.

Yes, once per day.

But in this case i think you need to go a bit better and bump it with more info.

A connection changes (routing and the problems on the specific route) so another WinMTR for each bump may show something.

As for the test, it needs to be ran while you play, and while you have lag and ran for 300 seconds minimum.

The test you provided shows nothing happening at the time you ran it, no packet loss, 35ms and some spikes under 100ms
