There are 500 people at 95, that's not bad, each has a 25% chance of winning a MTX armor pack.
But the ladder stops listing people after 15,000 players. Which is around lvl 85. It's safe to assume that there are at least 20,000 people over lvl 65. So your chance of winning one of the 250 portals is like 0,LMFAO0001% have fun. Real math. Even in hardcore there are 5000 above 65. To be honest I really thought there would be only thousands of racers, split by basic, hc, ssf and hc ssf that would have been a ok chance at winning anything.
