Unfortunately there's not much support can do about scammers, and they don't allow people to post usernames because of the potential for abuse/harassment. If you'd like to make people aware of a danger to them, you can use reddit, but again there is a potential for people to misuse that and it could backfire on you. Best advice is to be careful. You can also describe what he did to attempt to scam you and use that as a way to warn people, as long as you aren't calling people to action against that person or using their username in your post.

What the OP should be doing is emailing support IF they actually got scammed (not an attempted scam) providing either screen shot proof, the client.txt log which captures the chat and/or video.

If you can give them good proof it will result in a flag being applied to the scammers account, enough flags result in a temp ban, which will last until the scammer contacts support and agrees not to scam any more...if they persists in scamming after that then they will be perma banned.

The tools are there in the players hands not to get scammed, use them and use your head.

Good point. I meant for specific instances, but yes, definitely contact them with whatever proof you have if they scammed you.
