Chancing and stuff question.

Hello, I've been wondering if it is possible to chance darkness enthroned stygian vise? Like from the game side, is there anything like we can't chance aztiri items, etc?

Only items that can drop from any enemy can be chanced. Boss specific drops and anything else that can only be obtained from specific places cannot be chanced.
