Can somebody explain to me why Uber Elder is locked in garbage RNG mode , and i have to spend shit tons of currency for t16 maps and sets so i can open it, just like Uber atziri. And if i fail the set then its total waste of currency . Just garbage game design , i came back after many years to this game after they fixed the desycn so i can enjoy it but then i realized there is nothing fun in this garbage since every content is locked. Deinstalling again bye .

You sure you are talking about Uber Elder and not red tier Elder? I mean,once you complete the quest chain with the fragments,spawning him is literally guaranteed if it's your intention.
