Game crashed on character load

This happened at roughly 4pm PST Monday July 16th 2018. Lvl 56 gladiator in incursion standard league using the California realm server from seattle. Using a wifi connection with a launch model Xbox one
I was entering the act 8 Sarn Encampment from the ramparts for the first time and coincidentally the game crashed right when I clicked on the gateway. Upon reloading the character it attempted to spawn in the act 8 Sarn Encampment even though I hadn't actually entered that area. Always sends me back to the Xbox dashboard. No error messages. All other characters load and work fine. Last bumped on Jul 17, 2018, 4:45:05 PM

Have you tried a power cycle (the old ‘turn it off and on again’) ?
