'unable to connect to login server' after att

I've played POE for about a year now and I've just reinstalled the game yesterday (July 10th) when the new patch was being applied. After the server was restored, I tried launching the game and it keeps showing the message "unable to connect to login server" until now.

My internet is working normally, in all devices, and I can watch videos and surf on the web as usual. I've already checked my firewall and antivirus, enabling and disabling them, which are not blocking the game and haven't identified any spy-, neither malwares; I also entered POE's properties, through Steam, and verified the integrity of game files, that appeared to be in order.

I only have problems when launching POE.

I'm not sure if this is caused by the new att or if it may be a technical problem happening with the installation itself, or even with my PC. Anyway, I ran out of ideas to solve it and that's why I'm coming here to you guys.

Try to reinstall the game.
