Premium Guild Stash Tab

mark1030 is correct, as the guild leader you will need to accept the points whilst logged in to the Path of Exile website.

If you've accepted the points and your Stash Tab is still now showing, you may need to "refresh" the instance which should force your guild stash update. You can do this by accessing your Guild Stash from an instance you were not previously in (such as your hideout).
