Cursor resets to square 1 of inventory after adding item to sent offers of trade board.

This isn't a bug. The cursor location has been cleaned up across various UI's as noted in the patch notes to fix behaviours of the cursor losing focus.

PS: I noticed in the video you're not taking advantage of the new 'RS' moving to the far side of the current UI which was introduced with the patch yesterday, more info can be found in the above patch notes link!
