shaper the mod increased Mana Recovery Rate doesnt show in tooltip?

hi

if i understand correctly : increased Mana Recovery Rate meanns that if i have 200 mana regeneration and i put the belt with the 20 % increased Mana Recovery Rate i should have 240 mana regen


looking at mana regen in the defence tooltip nothing changes after putting the belt on, an i mistaken or does that mods effect is just not shown?
