Maps consistently roll only 4 modifiers

WTF??? Maps should (and were) rolling up to 6 modifiers, but for some reason they only roll exactly 4 modifiers (no more no less) every single time. Was there a change to how maps roll or this is some kind of bug.

There is impossible to get a decent map with only 4 mods, because pack size sucks, quantity sucks and rarity sucks (tho latter one is whatever). What the hell is going on with this game? What's next? 3 modifiers on rare maps????

You're experiencing a bad RNG streak and nothing else. The last change to maps we had was the change to packsize rolls. It's no longer just on specific mods but every single affix will provide you with packsize. Other than that only new layouts and a few modifiers have been added.

Just keep rolling your maps and you'll end up with more affixes.

Use vaal orbs more often.

I limit myself to x rerolls tops (depending on tier) before i slam the map with a vaal orb.
Pays off in the long run
