Milan&Moscow GW problems

I'm pretty sure that it is well known problem here but i cannot find thread about it and prooblem still persists (crashed yesterday coz of it).
So here is a situation - when ppl from Moscow GW trying to connect to Milan GW - either Milan hideout for trade, login on Milan or other locations they (I cannot guarantee 100% rate of this problem ofc, but I'll post links below to prove that problem is massive) getting long loading screen (I have SSD and locations loads in seconds - on Milan it take 10+ seconds) and "Failed to connect instance" message and game drops to login screen.
This problem is here at least from start of the league.
Here is some links:

My topic in russian part of this forum with very little attention of GGG stuff:

Traces to Moscow:

And Milan:

I need your help, GGG.
If you need more info (more traces for various IP's - plz give me this IP's).
Milan have 100% crash for me, and not only me as you can from reddit linka, other servers (according to my masters rotations experience) are ok for Moscow.
Only exception was yesterday on Zana rotation - cannot join Crumbled Laboratory or Frankfurt with same behaviour (tried 2-3 times - got login screens) but hideout was ok.

Yep, i cant even select Milan gateway on login screen, it says "?" in the ping section.
Mind answering this one please?

Question was asked on RU forums and we got conformation Roskomnadzor blocked IP range with Milan GW but no actions were taken, afaik blocked source representative has to make a claim to RKN :(

Any and every ISP complying with RKN is blocking access to Milan server, real pain for all Russian POE players.

I don't think this ip\range is blocked by our (russian) shameful "china-parody" firewall, my bypassing tool does not react on the connections to mil.login.pathofexile.com
(my ISP sends RST packets to drop the connection so it is easy to tell if something is blocked)

Ping works fine, 78ms timeout with zero packets loss.
Tracert looks fine too: https://pastebin.com/HVMve5qq

But i can't connect to the Milan realm, either in the game or using a browser.

2018/09/16 17:37:38 176430523 271 [INFO Client 908] Abnormal disconnect: An unexpected disconnection occurred.

Browser just says "connection timeout"..

Telnet is also CAN connect to this address\port - i see server's answer from that.

UPD1: Nevermind, iv just remembered that my bypassing tool is configured to work only on 443 & 80 ports.. Milan gateway is blocked in Russia.

I would like to see at least some reaction from staff - so far only way around this is to use VPN, got any other workarounds planned?

It explains quite clearly why some are having issues connecting to Milan, at least from Moscow. You'll have to ask Roskomnadzor why.
"Why" is not interesting for me. I need "workaround", that would be lovely.

Unfortunately, there's not a great deal you can do. As the block doesn't appear to be Russia wide - I'm not affected in Vladivostok - you might be able to get around the block by using a different DNS provider. Other that, you'll have to use a VPN/Proxy.
