Maligaro's Map

Trying to enter Maligaro's Sanctum for main quest line, and the map will either fail to register that I hit activate or it will say it activated and the map device will go through its animation but no portals will appear, even though the map has disappeared from the map device inventory. Also seems that Alva is also caused to be bugged since I had just completed her temple and a new instance of the temple I had just finished had come back. (Went in thinking it was same temple but portals had been refreshed somehow but all monsters were back so I immediately left)
