Vial of Transcendence disappeared

Vial of Transcendence just disappeared when i ctlr+right click on it with opened Table of Sacrifice. There already was item and vial just vanish.

Can i have it back somehow?

same with mine... i guess u have to place it in not click.

just happened to me as well with a vial of transcendence. ctrl + clicked the vial with no item on the table of sacrifice in a T1 sacrificial chamber and it disappeared. real bummer :(

This happened to me as well with a Vial of Awakening. Ctrl+click on vial using a tier 1 sacrifice table and it just disappeared.

Vial also disappeared from me. Very frustrating, this system is very unintuitive, how am I supposed to use these items together even? There is one slot in the table, and I have two items with me.

Right clicking the vial made it disappear
