Upgrade monsters skills when updating skills (spectres)

I don't know if currently is this way, but I think all monster skills are different from the gems the player uses, so flame sentinels have an outdated fireball with less ignite damage and change, and arcmages have a weird arc without the enhanced shock.
With the current changes to player skills, would be nice that old monsters get a little love for their skills so their raised counterparts become more useful and varied than the current TV and SG Last bumped on May 25, 2018, 6:45:27 AM
