Elder does not show up for his job (Clips included)

It might just be me being stupid and not understanding the mechanic right.
But the portal to the Elder does not show up in the boss room of the Elder marked map even after defeating its Guardians. I'm just looking at your video on an ipad, but it seems pretty clear that your atlas still shows a guardian alive at the bottom center (left of elder).

" The purifier yes, also explains the high extent of elder influence if it were just elder remaining. One cannot help but wonder how such a lust for loot can affect a persons mind. Although these exiles appear to be our salvation, it would not take much for them to turn on us as easily as they fight gods and demons.

You have The Purifier still existing over in your "Shore" map. It might've escaped notice since his color is yellow, and kinda matches the appearance of the map.
