Can't launch, can't reinstall, no other app/game gives error.

We've been in touch with the Microsoft team - the patch that was going to occur tomorrow afternoon will instead be deploying shortly to resolve this issue as an unknown problem came up on Microsofts end.

The patch is now available to download. Please reboot your console if the original error persists and re-launch the client. Servers will be back up in a few moments.
That is the servers being restarted. They'll be back up momentarily.
The realms are back up. The shop is temporarily unavailable at the moment though is being looked into.

I'm very sorry about this whole situation. We'll be investigating further with Microsoft to find out what happened.
The shop is up and available again.
