What Does This Server Down Message Mean?

"Game servers are restarting in: 00:52:13. They should be back up in approximately 10 minutes."
5 minutes later from that paste above, and a refresh, the "10 minutes" part is the same. What does this mean exactly? Last bumped on Apr 25, 2018, 6:55:12 PM

When the countdown gets to zero, the servers will go down. You won't be able to play or log in, and all open instances and maps will be lost.
About ten minutes after they go down, the servers will be back up. You'll have to download the patch before you can log in again. Have you done something awesome with [url=http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Sire_of_Shards]Sire of Shards[/url]? PM me and tell me all about it!
