You can improve his gear but your in the region where its going to get either very expensive or you'll gain very little, for SST this guy is stacked.

Don't know, getting one ring from 77 acc to 300+ seems to be a good deal, pretty cheap too.

It also won't change his dps very much, hes gonna gain 1% hit chance or something that area
