Ah yes. Shaped Maps (the new War for the Atlas ones) work quite a bit differently so it's not easy to provide them in the search drop down. You can use the "Shaped Map" filter under the "Map Filters" section with the base map as the search parameter to find these maps.
There might be a work-around for this, I'll have to look into it further.

This has been requested quite a few times, as well as uniques on legacy bases. We're aware of the demand for such a feature.
