Cannot Load Into First Aspirant's Trial

As title says. Load up the level 33 Lab, enter the Aspirant's Trial, and get stuck on a load screen. The game also freezes, but doesn't crash me to home screen, nor disconnect me back to log in. I don't receive any error messages. This has happened several times this afternoon without fail, but my friend is able to get through the Trial just fine in the same game. I have a cabled connection on a regular Xbox One. Most recent time this has happened is 8:05 PM Central.

No, we live right down the road from each other. We connect to the Washington DC server.
Fortunately, after reinstalling, the game let me progress through the Labyrinth. Dunno if the game's files got messed up somehow or what, but I'm good to go now. |
