Xbox Problem with buying Points

Hey Guys,
i'm relatively new to POE. I'm playing on XBOX. On the last weekend i wanted to buy points to update my stash. I have not been able to find the options i normaly use. Like buying 100Points for 10€. The only option i have is to buy the supportpacks for 30€ and upwards. But i'm not really interested in the packs. I don't have that much money to spend on the game. I love it and want so spend some but for now 30€ is a bit to much. Does anybody have the same Problem? A second question but offtopic does anybody know if the mapstash tab comes for sale on the pc version? Because last weekend it was not in sale on xbox but everything else. " The map tab hasn't be out long enough on Xbox to be put into the sale, it should be eligible the next super stash sale though. | |

System Language = German Language Region = German (Germany) Location = Germany PoE xbox_production tags/3.2.0 When using the German version of PoE on Xbox: Buying pure Point Packs is not possible (they are not displayed and not selectable) Upgrading "War from the Atlas" packs is not possible (higher tier packs are not displayed and not selectable) Switching the system language of the Xbox to e.g. US allowed me to purchase the pure point packs and the upgrade of my redeemer pack to any higher tier pack. Please also note that pressing the Y-Button (English and German version) had no effect. It states in the UI "Buy Points/Punkte kaufen" as seen in the video. | |

Hey, thanks for your response, Valrak. Would you be able to check your shop again in the language you'd regularly use? We've fixed an issue on production that may have resolved this.

The pure Point Packs are available now in the "German" Shop
The supporter pack upgrade option is still missing though. (War for the Atlas) Regarding the Y-Button. Seems to be working fine. I just misunderstood the concept. It has no effect in the "Buy Points" category itself. | |

If it's not too much trouble, would you be able to provide me with a new clip of your shop?
So you see point packs now as well as the regular packs, but no upgrades? Is that correct? | |

This is what I see when switching the Xbox to either all US settings or all UK settings. The only difference is the price tag (US dollar vs sterling pound)

Same problem for me. It doesn't load directly in the browser. OneDrive is not cooperating.
The manual download of the video in the upper left corner should work though when seeing the error message.
