Unexplored map is completely revealed and zoomed out.

Buddy and I had this happen twice over the weekend. Got him to record a clip. We are not able to intentionally duplicate this issue.

While leveling some alts, we had the full screen map become completely visible. We had just loaded into the zones each time it happened. While nearing the waypoints the map would continuously toggle on and off while still displaying the waypoint and map info. Map appears to be 1/3 of console intended scale.
