I go inside a map using the Templar Laboratory instead of my map device, but Zana still doesn't appear.

I am also having this issue. She does not show up in the map and has left Oriath. She is already in my hideout, but the quest cannot be completed. This is on standard.

The same for me too, in standard league with an old character. After completed the map I got the message: Talk to Zana but I didn't find her. I tried to run some other maps and hoped she will be there but nothing.
