Magic Colossal Life Flask of Staunching

Twice now I've used a colossal life flask (once a normal, once with a prefix already attached) to create the colossal life flask of staunching recipe and I haven't yet completed the "Craft these items" challenge:

Per above I've selected the "Adds 'of Staunching'" recipe.
I've inserted a colossal life flask (once a normal flask with 11% quality, once a magic flask with only a prefix and 11% quality) to the Blood Altar.

I've hit "Craft" and killed the monsters, and gotten a magical flask of staunching.

Neither time did I complete the "Craft these Items" Challenge piece "Magic Colossal Life Flask of Staunching" even though that's exactly what I got out of the altar.

Oh wow, apparently there's a "create a leveling item" recipe associated with this.

Thought it was mentioned that appropriate recipes would work in the 3.2.1 patch notes but I guess not :(


Considering the number of other users that have had this issue (and with other recipes), I still think it's something GGG should fix.
