With the information that you've given, which is about as close to nothing as nothing gets, no one can help.

Do you have a build in mind or a skill? Ya have to give people something to work with here.

If you want a better answer you need to pose a better question; Start out by listing your preferences: Are you looking for something that is fast, something that is safe, something in-between? Are you planning on just farming Izaro rapidly for enchants and a few boxes (in which killspeed matters) or are you planning on taking your time on each visit to collect more treasure keys? How are your reflexes? Do traps scare or annoy you? Do you want a build that can ignore traps or one that relies on you dealing with them/avoiding them? Do you have any preferences for melee or ranged? Favourite movement skills? Whatever?

Give us something to work with.

As an example, my own Scionic Flametank build is the safest build that I know or farming labyrinth even if that's not what it is designed for, because once decently geared nothing in the labyrinth can kill it (and while you gear up you have to work very, very, hard on dying to achieve it), and that is regardless of whether you are controlling your character or going AFK because something called you away. Not traps, not groups of enemies, not eternal Izaro, nothing.

BUT, it only has 20% movement speed at base and its damageoutput isn't that high so it takes a lot more time simply moving around and killing Izaro takes longer time as well, so it is probably also one of the slowest builds that are good for Labyrinth. (Unless you start modifying it for extra speed.)

Likewise for other builds - they all have upsides and downsides and your preferences matter.
Scionic Flametank 3.2: The classic ES-CI-ZO-GR regeneration tank is back in business, stronger than ever before with 50-60% ES/s recovery during most fights due to creative use of regeneration, leech, and recovery mechanics

You could look at the lab ladders and check out the top players' profiles for inspiration. In top 20, there are three Juggernauts, five Champions, and one Slayer.
