Help with build confused!!

So I try to be a phy damage build. But I heard it bAd? N or my passive sucks .. Can sum1 help guide it I try to make a char which isn't 2 much gear dependent.. Advice or a link to a decent build will work too.. Or unless u can fix my

Basic Templar Melee Build

Level 55-60
Here you can choose Blood Magic/Unwavering Stance/Life/Iron Reflexes. Which way you want!

This is my take on it:
Build
Huge lLife => High survivability
Very high Armor=> High survivability against non casters
High resist nodes availability (take them if you need) =>provides damage reduction against spells

Damage you will get from skill gems and gear.

You can do this with either Marauder or Templar using which ever melee weapon you like.
