Account Locked

I was farming Oni Goroshi and suddenly I've get disconnected and a Login message was showed: Your account has been locked. Contact Support. So I came to forum to make a thread about the error, and i recieved a message telling that I haven't a steam account in the game. And now I'm scared about that and I want to know why I can't play the game
