Game wont start!

When i run the game nothing happens... after waiting a while I tried opening the game again and got the message saying "An error occurred while updating Path of Exile (app running)"

I have tried restarting the PC. updating all my drivers. Uninstalling POE and reinstalling it again. But the same happens again. "An error occurred while updating Path of Exile (app running)"
