Piety pets

i killed piety in the piety pets mission but it didnt gave the mission item and by not dropping it i cant open the door to the sceptre of god

If it didn't drop the Tower key, just reset the instance and kill her again. To reset/create a new instance - Right click on the waypoint/entrance to the new area and choose to create a new instance.
When things like this happen, get a vug report number so GGG can recreate the instance and take a look. Without it, it makes it infinitely more difficult, if not impossible in some cases, for GGG to find and fix issues.
