" well there's plenty of ppl going around with Point Blank n some 400 PDPS bow or stuff like that, both in league n on STD while Chin sol destroy that by a large amount. Look also when signal shot was meta ppl where using ROTC when Chin sol was already more dmg. For a long time most ppl did ignored it. Tho yes its getting more popular now.
