Best Tank Build That Can Do Damage?

Why tank stuff if you just can permastun it?^^

I'm really satisfied with my permastun Tidebreaker Jugg. Lots of endurance charges, lot's of defense for those annoying stun immune mobs, 7k+ life and descent damage due to Heavy Strike/Sunder weapon swap.

Elder and Shaper permastun = easy life^^

Xirgil cranker occultist, though you won't get those sweet leg ES armor pieces in leagues. Still might work if crossbreeded with strength based ES regen tank.
