is there a reason why many of the map drops are so low? I mean in higher tiers, most of my bossdrops are of the -5 to -7 variety...T8 -> T1 magic, T9 -> T2 rare etc no matter if its white, magic, rare, corrupt, the low ones occasionally drop +4s (standard and or shaped) so I dont know what to think of it, RNG is RNG but still, -7... thats just rough.

Ran a Mesa post restart and still seems not the same as pre patch
