Unforgettable achievement no longer obtainable?

Since the change to elder / shaper atlas where you get a memory fragment item from elder influenced bosses to give to Zana to get a shapers orb, the old environmental lore memory fragments seem not to exist anymore... However the achievement "Unforgettable" still requires you to read them, therefore making it uncompletable.

Can some moderator please comment on this one? I'm trying to do 100% achievements and it wont be possible when this one is bugged like this!!
