[BUG] Cant right click orbs at all, can use right click elsewhere

I have tried validating steam files, and have rebooted my computer, and I have redownloaded the gpk. I am at a loss and am unsure what to try next. Thanks
-bit more about it I suppose - I can use regret orbs for some reason, but none of the other orbs, I can also right click tabs to price things and to make them show up online, but cant id any drops, cant chaos spam elder bases until I am broke, I am sure this is a bug. Regrets only need a single click to be consumed, the other orbs stick to your cursor and hover around until you use them or cancel. I'd guess either your mouse is broken and sends not only one but multiple right clicks (which cancels the orb) or you might have some macro/tool running that interferes with clicking.

A way to test that first reply: when you're right clicking Regret orbs, how many are being consumed when you click once?
If it's more than one, odds are your mouse is the problem. It doesn't make a bit of difference, guys. The balls are inert.
