Castspeed useful for Flame Golems?

I`m playing an Golemancer Build at the Moment and asking myself if all the Flame golems abilities are Cooldown based. Because if they are increased Castspeed wouldn`t have an impact right?

Ok, i found out my self that castspeed is useful for Flame Golems :)
