Real money trading being advertised now

Since the new change to how things are priced I've been seeing people (mostly in the exalt orb page) post advertising like "sell it at xxxx.com". After seeing this I was wondering is there any way to even ban people at the moment on the console version since real money trading is a bannable offense on the PC?
