Scion Ascendant(Raider) not receiving Onslaught on Full Frenzy Charges

Title: Scion Ascendant(Raider) not receiving onslaught on full frenzy charges.

Either the buff is not being displayed on the buff bar when charges are full, or it is not being granted at all. Tested with 3 frenzy charges, the max for my char.

Afaik, all buffs has their own timer, and everything granted conditionally, such as while flask effect, while onslaught etc can not be buffs in PoE land.

Can't test to see if it's working that way; onslaught doesn't grant phasing on Ascendant Raider if that's what you're suggesting. I also have an onslaught on kill gem on my set-up- I can feel and see the buff on my char when frenzies are up, but when buff disappears so does the effect to a noticeable degree(frenzies still up). Suggests to me that I am not receiving onslaught, otherwise this buff would do nothing, yes?
