We went from -13F one day, 60F the next, then back to 5F after with 3 more feet of snow. How I have not got sick yet is beyond me.

" If you have a fever with it, it could be the flu rather than a cold. The flu vaccine this year missed its mark on the bug that is hitting people hard. The reason I mention this is that if you are still within the first few days of flu symptoms, they have an antiviral that can help. Once you get too far into it, the medication won't help.
