Are devine rarer than exalt?

Havnt seen a single devine yet iv found 4 exalts

Divines are considered to be more common however they are listed to be more rarer than an exalted.

As drops... marginally more rare. But you can trade a 6L to the vendors for a divine, even a crappy one you get from a vaal attempt that could be essentially useless. Or you can farm divines by farming Ochi or Tabla Rasa. So in the trading market, you'll see that they have lower value even though they're set at a lower chance to drop.

So far I've found around 10 divines and 3 exalts. Exalt drops have been nerfed it seems.

No. You got a 10:3 distribution on something. That hardly is evidence that something has been changed.

In the previous leagues by this point I've already found 10+ exalts. The fact that right now the exalt drop is next to impossible is fishy.

No. It's not "fishy". It's random. These drops are far too rare to be judged based on a sample size of 13.

Yep... oni got spellchecked to ochi. No idea why. Really? That's weird. The 6L recipe should work. Guess not.
