Watcher's Eye (Vitality) Life Gain on Hit does not work.

Item text reads that 25 life should be gained on any hit while affected by vitality, but according to in-game tooltips and my own testing, this does not actually function with spells - only with attacks. Scammed myself :/ Last bumped on Jan 11, 2018, 9:02:35 PM

" Hey, Don't worry, it does work with Spells, it just doesn't display on the tooltip. I tested this interaction with Cremation to double-check for you, and as far as I can tell, it does indeed work. |
