Mom Caught Me Playing PoE at 4am

Mom comes and sits next to me, I'm playing PoE. It's at 4am.

Says to me, "Hon, I'm worried about you...."
Says to me, "You have No Life."

That catches my attention.

"No Life!" she says again.

Mom departs.
(I'm thinking to myself, "I'm not good enough to be called a No Lifer by my own mother.")

Mom circles back minutes later. Insists I turn off the lights, 'cause "it's what they do in casinos." How keeping the lights on in casinos ruins people's body clocks so they keep playing.

Mom's like, "I'm going to hit the lights on the way out."
I'm like, "No, I'll just turn them back on, please don't."
Mom's like, "It's what they do in casinos!" and hits the light.

Tells me I'm addicted from the other room. I politely tell her she's minding business not hers on my way to shut the door.

I shut the door, return to my computer. Mom passes by the door and pushes it open.

"Prove you're not addicted, fat boy," she says twice.

(I'm not fat.)

Dude, your mum is right. The decisions you take now will influence your whole life.

I've stayed up for 3 days and 4 hours playing Path of Exile (longest time staying up). Of course I took bathroom breaks and got munchies and stuff to drink. Other than that..I had off of work and got to play PoE ALLLLLLLL DAYYYYY (x3)! Path of Exile will always be my favorite game to play late at night! (or even during the day)

Hey man, I don't care if you don't believe me..but I for sure passed out instantly after the 3rd day. I had like 2 5 hour energy shots and 4 red bulls. I would definitely not recommend doing this ever!
