Help with my Witch Arc Build please

Hi,

I tried to copy a Arc build from: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1147951

I would like to be able to solo bosses... I may did the build wrong

I can clear maps with arc really quick (but i'm very slow to walk, and fast tp is not quick enough like a charge or leap so I removed the tp gems and use 2 quick silver including Rotgut)

But I can't solo boss in my 10+ maps...

I would prefer to adjust this build to be able to solo kill bosses but i'm open to use orbs of regret change totally my build.
