This is just a small bug with the Doedres proclamation and the Western Forest in act 6. Since the Proclamation was changed in Act 6 in 3.1.0, the prophecy can no longer be completed there despite it still appearing on the right hand side of the screen indicating that it should be able to be completed. Therefore you have to go to act 2 Western forest instead of act 6.

Same problem here. Need to either fix it in act 6, or not have the prophecy be used if yo go into act 6 Western Forest.

Just ran into the issue myself. I found the proclamation in Act 6, activated the curse stones and killed the mobs. But the prophecy didn't complete. Current workaround is to go to Western Forest in Act 2 and finish it there.

still not working in Act 6 :( the good thing is, even if I activated it first and killed the mobs in act 6, i could finish it in act 2

Still bugged in Act 6.
