Map bug in 'Ghetto' map: Inaccessible area including map boss

I couldn't find the map boss in Ghetto, eventually I found that there was a small portion of the map not accessible by foot:



I didn't think it was possible to warp there, but one of my spectres targeted the enemies in the other section from the stairs. After some wiggling and clicking I was able to target the patch of ground in LoS:
